Letting CRS know
the dates you selected
to teach

  • Fill out the Team Schedule Survey - This survey helps give CRS all the information we need for scheduling your programs with classrooms. Only needs to be filled out once per semester.  Questions? contact admin@crscience.org
  • It’s best to give us at least two weeks’ notice for a new date. Sometimes we can schedule them in a shorter timeline, but a little bit of lead time makes it a lot easier.
  • Once you fill out the survey, we will contact you to confirm we received the information and to ask any questions if we need any clarification. We will then send your dates out to teachers. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a classroom match. It generally takes at least a week from when we get your dates to when we have a confirmed match. Please hold all the dates you gave us on your calendars, or update us as soon as you know you can’t teach on one of your lesson date. Sometimes it takes a little while to match all the dates.

Your dates have been matched with a teacher,
Now what?
  • Reach out to the teacher(s) you are matched with to confirm details
  • We will send out a reminder to you and the classroom teacher the week before the scheduled visit (unless it was scheduled just the week before)
  • Email the teacher with the list of scientists who will be attending, so they aren't left in the waiting room.
